A commitment of at least once a month meet up with your mentor/mentee. The cadence and frequency beyond this is up to the two of you.

You will be matched with a mentor/mentee based on the goals that you share as well as your industry and location. Please be as specific as you can in your interest form so that we can pair you most effectively.

The mentorship program can be used in a virtual or in-person setting, depending on your preferences. We will do our best to match you with someone in your location if you prefer face-to-face meetings. Otherwise, if you are open to virtual mentorship, there is a greater network of culinary professionals and entrepreneurs to pair you with.

In short, yes! We will have both in-person and virtual events to meet other mentors and mentees participating in the mentorship program. We also encourage our mentors and mentees to attend our Culinary Industry Nights to connect with the broader community of The Libi Project.

If the relationship between you and your mentor/mentee doesn’t flow, we will match with you someone else. Simply reach out to us with your concerns and we will make a swap.
