Culinary Creatives Collective 01 x Driftaway Coffee
New York City’s diversity and talent are what we believe make its food scene so interesting. With influences from every culture, it’s a place where food and the creative world naturally intersect. Chefs, food artists, photographers, writers, florists, stylists, producers, designers, illustrators, mixologists, & more all draw from this vibrant mix to craft flavors, visuals, and experiences that are unique to this city.
The Libi Project & Studio Roza launched this Culinary Creative Collective to foster and promote an alternate way of gathering and connecting that celebrates this unique blend—bringing creatives together to share ideas, collaborate, and explore what’s next for New York’s culinary community.
Our first event of the series will be hosted at Driftaway Coffee, a Brooklyn-based, immigrant-owned, woman-led roastery dedicated to building an equitable value chain by prioritizing women and minority producers. Known for creating “Driftaway moments” that inspire reflection and connection, their mission perfectly complements our celebration of the diverse and collaborative voices shaping New York’s culinary scene.
We welcome anyone who defines themselves as a creative in the culinary world to share their work and be able to expand their network over more intentional conversations and a drink / light bites.
Date: Thursday, December 5th
Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Address: 85 Debevoise Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222
