The designer behind French Bre(a)d

Sarah is a Franco-American creative mind, brand designer and Paris-based studio owner.

With a degree in Art Direction, she embarked on an exciting entrepreneurial adventure fueled by her genuine love for graphic design and art. From a young age, she knew she wanted to pursue a career related in some way to the arts industry.

After gaining valuable experience with design agencies in Paris, Sarah knew that the conventional path of working for a big corporation wasn't what she strived for. She craved the freedom to bring her creative vision to life on her own terms. That's when she took the leap and founded her own business, serving like-minded creative people.

Sarah's design style can be described as a blend of romance, elegance, and a touch of modern vibrancy. Typography takes center stage in her works and it is always reflected in her studio’s projects. She understands the profound power that carefully chosen fonts can have on a brand's image. She’s passionate about empowering creative businesses that are ready to create a timeless impact in an ever-changing world.

As a natural introvert and empath, she has the ability to really listen to people’s needs and find beauty in everything and everyone. When she’s not working, Sarah is refilling her creative cup by taking film photography, travelling to Louisiana, strolling around book shops or listening to Frank Ocean.


The strategist behind The Libi Project

She has worked in brand design and strategy, operations and events positions at some of the city’s leading food and beverage businesses, including Hot Bread Kitchen, BentoBox and Resident Hospitality.

In 2023, she founded The Libi Project, a mission-driven production and design studio centered on the food and beverage community.

Her work uplifts fresh voices across the industry–from chefs to entrepreneurs–through brand strategy, design and creative programming that cultivates meaningful connection and uplifts early-stage F&B entrepreneurs.

Carli’s passion for brand strategy and design sits at the intersection of food and community an founded The Libi Project out of a love for all things culinary.

A Chicago native, she earned a degree in business from the University of Madison-Wisconsin before moving to Italy to pursue a masters degree from The University of Gastronomic Sciences. Her degree, in World Food Cultures & Mobility, a program focused on the cultural, political and social intersectionality of our food system.

In 2021, she returned to New York City to continue a career in hospitality.
