Culinary Industry Night Participation Details

Our mission is to connect the broader culinary community with a diverse network of producers, creators and farmers – and to build up the food community of those who we are inspired by through partnerships and collaboration. Some of our past producers include: SmallHold, Wild Arc Farm, Hana Makgeolli,  Burlap & BarrellGroundcycleSourcery,  EcoBay Farms, Dashi Okume, Glynwood Farm, NON, Màkku, Sorate, & many more).

Participation Details:

Samples of your product are required to participate. The guest count will be shared 5 days prior to the event. On average we have had 140 tickets sold. You are also welcome to offer your product for purchase in addition to the demo bites provided!

Sliding-Scale Registration Fee for Participating Producers

We offer a flexible registration fee to accommodate producers with different financial situations. Please select the tier that best aligns with your business’s budget (e.g., marketing expenses).

There is no difference between the tiers aside from the amount you choose to contribute:

  • Tier 1: $80

  • Tier 2: $100

  • Tier 3: $120

Your support helps us continue to provide valuable resources and opportunities for the food and beverage community.

This event is created for and by culinary (and culinary adjacent) professionals. Whether you are an urban farmer, pastry chef, cheesemonger, restaurant manager, anthropologist, gastronomic historian, food stylist, beekeeper, fermentation fanatic (the list goes on…), The Libi Project exists to build bridges between the people who make this industry what it is. For this reason, we aim to cultivate connection and future collaboration through Culinary Industry Nights.

Please Note: Filling out this interest form does not guarantee participation. We will review your submitted interest form to determine your fit for our upcoming industry night as we aim to have a variety and balance of participating producer types at each event (i.e., farms, beverages, mission-driven culinary organizations, etc., ).
