Guided by Dona’s Head of Education, Navdeep, attendees explored Dona’s sourcing practices and tasted a collection of their diverse tea varieties. Guests savored an array of pastries infused with Dona’s teas, expertly crafted by local bakers Paige Nickless (@fremecraiche,), Lauren Klas (@atinykitchen), and Lily Murphy (@aves_bakery_nyc). The bakers shared their expertise, teaching attendees how to bake creatively with teas. Each guest enjoyed the delicious baked goods and took home a selection of teas to inspire their own baking experiments.
