Industry night at The Knife Factory

For each of our industry nights, we have brought together a curated group of local producers and mission-driven organizations to showcase their products for our chef and industry community. Our mission is to connect NYC culinary folks with the amazing network of farmers, suppliers, and brands we resonate with - and to build up the community of those who we are inspired by through partnerships and collaboration. 

For the second iteration of culinary industry night, The Libi Project alongside Chef Abigail and Carlos from Village, crafted a thoughtful menu utilizing our visiting producers’ products followed by the panel themed, “Investing in Yourself: Building Your Business around Food and Community,.” This was led beautifully by Chelsea Miller, founder of Chelsea Miller Knives and The Knife Factory, along with Russell Markus from Essential Herbs Store & Breaking Bread NYC, Adjoa Kittoe from Seulful Pantry, & Ross Chanowski from NuMarket.
